1. Algemeen

Dit privacybeleid beschrijft het beleid van Konhef met betrekking tot het verzamelen, gebruiken, opslaan, delen en beschermen van uw persoonsgegevens. Dit Privacybeleid is van toepassing op de website Konhef.com (“Website”) en alle verdeelde applicaties. Reikwijdte en toestemming: Door gebruik te maken van de Website, stemt u uitdrukkelijk in met het verzamelen, gebruiken en bewaren door ons van uw persoonsgegevens. Konhef kan dit Privacybeleid van tijd tot tijd wijzigen. Substantiële wijzigingen in ons Privacybeleid zullen wij mededelen op onze Website. Het gewijzigde Privacybeleid zal onmiddellijk van kracht zijn nadat deze voor het eerst op onze Website is geplaatst. Dit Privacybeleid is van kracht vanaf 01 januari 2018.

2. Welke persoonsgegevens verzamelen wij?

U kunt onze Website enkel bezoeken door het registreren van een account. Wanneer u besluit om uw persoonsgegevens te verstrekken, stemt u ermee in dat die gegevens worden opgeslagen op onze servers. Wij verzamelen de volgende soorten persoonsgegevens: Gegevens die wij automatisch verzamelen wanneer u onze websites bezoekt : • statistieken betreffende aanmeldingen. Gegevens die u aan ons verstrekt: • gegevens die u aan ons verstrekt wanneer u zich aanmeldt voor een account; • gegevens over uw locatie en de locatie van uw toestel.

3. Hoe gebruiken wij uw persoonsgegevens?

U stemt ermee in dat wij uw verzamelde persoonsgegevens (zie hierboven) kunnen gebruiken voor de volgende doeleinden: • om u toegang te geven tot onze diensten door middel van email of per telefoon; • om onze content op u af te stemmen; • om contact met u op te nemen, via e-mail, push notificatie, tekstbericht (SMS) of telefonisch, Wij verkopen of verhuren uw persoonsgegevens niet aan derden. Wij raden u sterk aan om, indien u onze website bezoekt vanaf een gedeelde computer of een computer in een internetcafé, na elke sessie uit te loggen. Wanneer u niet wilt dat de gedeelde computer u en/of uw gegevens onthoudt, dan dient u zich af te melden. Google Maps API: De Website maakt gebruik van de Google Maps API voor haar werking. Door gebruik te maken van de Google Maps API aanvaardt u gebonden te zijn door het Privacybeleid van Google, waar u uw privacy-instellingen kunt controleren. Aangezien de Google Maps API links bevat naar of gebruik maakt van de websites of diensten van derden die geen eigendom zijn van of niet worden gecontroleerd door Konhef, heeft Konhef daar ook geen controle over, en aanvaardt zij geen aansprakelijkheid voor de inhoud, de privacyregels of de werkwijzen van welke websites of diensten van derden dan ook. In voorkomend geval bent u onderworpen aan de beleidsregels van toepassing voor deze derden. Door gebruik te maken van de Google Maps API vrijwaart u Konhef uitdrukkelijk van elke aansprakelijkheid die voortvloeit uit uw gebruik van de website of dienst van een zodanige derde. We moedigen u aan inlichtingen in te winnen alvorens u persoonlijke informatie aan iemand meedeelt.

Wij maken geen gebruik van cookies.

5. Toegang tot, bekijken en aanpassen van uw persoonsgegevens

Wij kunnen uw persoonsgegevens en accountgegevens wijzigen. U kunt uw persoonlijke gegevens zelf aanpassen. Wanneer u iets openbaar plaatst, zult u uw bericht (foto) mogelijk niet meer kunnen veranderen of verwijderen, U kan dan contact opnemen met Konhef. Indien u uw account bij ons wilt afsluiten, dan kunt u ons daartoe een verzoek sturen. Wij zullen uw verzoek verwerken binnen een redelijke termijn en uw persoonsgegevens verwerken in overeenstemming met de toepasselijke wetgeving. Wij kunnen u verzoeken om aanvullende informatie te verstrekken zodat wij uw identiteit kunnen vaststellen. Anderzijds kunt u ook contact opnemen met Konhef t.a.v. 6. Bescherming en opslag van uw persoonsgegevens

Wij beschermen uw gegevens met behulp van technische en administratieve veiligheidsmaatregelen om het risico van verlies, misbruik, onbevoegde toegang, openbaarmaking en wijziging zo klein mogelijk te maken. Hierbij kunt u denken aan firewalls, versleuteling van gegevens, en fysieke en administratieve toegangscontroles tot aan de data en servers. Indien u toch denkt dat er misbruik is gemaakt van uw account, dan kunt u contact opnemen met ons via telefoon of email. Wij bewaren persoonsgegevens niet langer dan wettelijk is toegestaan en verwijderen persoonsgegevens wanneer deze niet langer noodzakelijk zijn voor de hierboven beschreven doeleinden.

7. Andere informatie

Misbruik en ongevraagde commerciële communicatie (“spam”): Wij tolereren geen misbruik van onze Website. U heeft geen toestemming om andere gebruikers van Konhef toe te voegen aan uw mailinglist (e-mail of post), tenzij de betreffende gebruiker daar uitdrukkelijk mee heeft ingestemd. Mocht u merken dat iemand misbruik maakt van onze website (spam of spoof e-mails), dan verzoeken wij u om ons een email te sturen. Indien u denkt dat u een beveiligingslek heeft ontdekt, dan verzoeken wij u om ons een email te sturen met een uitleg van de door u ontdekte kwetsbaarheid van onze website. Het is niet toegestaan om onze communicatie middelen te gebruiken om spam te verzenden. Voor uw veiligheid scannen wij berichten automatisch en kunnen deze controleren op spam, virussen, phishing en andere schadelijke activiteiten of illegale of verboden content. We slaan berichten verzonden via deze middelen echter niet permanent op. Derden: Tenzij uitdrukkelijk anders wordt bepaald in dit Privacybeleid, is dit Privacybeleid uitsluitend van toepassing op het gebruik en de doorgifte van informatie die wij van u verzamelen. Konhef heeft geen controle over het privacybeleid van derden dat mogelijk op u van toepassing is. Wanneer wij samenwerken met derden of tools van derden gebruiken om bepaalde diensten te verlenen, zullen wij uitdrukkelijk aangeven welk privacybeleid op u van toepassing is. We moedigen u daarom aan om vragen te stellen voordat u uw persoonsgegevens bekend maakt aan anderen.

Gebruiksvoorwaarden

VOORWAARDEN

Ieder gebruik van de website/applicatie is onderworpen aan deze voorwaarden. Het gebruik van de website houdt in dat de gebruiker de hierin opgenomen voorwaarden voor gebruik van de website integraal en onherroepelijk aanvaardt. Konhef kan op elk ogenblik deze voorwaarden wijzigen. De aangepaste voorwaarden worden bekendgemaakt op de website en zullen automatisch van kracht worden na de bekendmaking. De website is slechts toegankelijk op voorwaarde dat u bepaalde persoonsgegevens meedeelt. U dient aan te tonen dat U recht heeft op de inzage van sommige confidentiële informatie. Alle teksten, foto’s en data zijn auteursrechtelijk beschermde werken. De gebruiker erkent uitdrukkelijk dat ze toebehoren aan Konhef.
